This clinic is perfect for beginner or intermediate swimmers and triathletes. No need to sign up ahead of time, just show up at the LSU Natatorium for 11am on Saturday June 11. If you have questions about race day, the pool swim at Pointe Marie, what to wear, etc, we can help!

Bike Clinic - Group Ride - July 9, 8am
Join us at 8am on July 9 at the Casino Overflow Lot to get your last minute questions answered. We will ride the 12 mile course, but on the levee alongside River Road. This is a perfect chance to put your eyes on the race venue!
