The most fun you'll have in a sprint triathlon! Rockin' a different theme each year, the 800m swim / 18.6 mile bike / 5k run race is one of the oldest in the state.

We also offer a Beginner Division (400m swim instead of 800m) , relays and bike/run duathlon option.

WAIT! There is more!  The last two years the race has joined up with Crawfish Jams Festival in New Roads so you can race in the morning and listen to live music while you sample some south Louisiana food and fun later in the day!
